Beon Account Deletion & Data Removal Policy

At Beon, you're always in control of your account. If you choose to delete your account, we provide a 30-day recovery period in case you change your mind.
1. What happens when you request account deletion
When you select Delete Account in Beon:
- Your Beon account is marked as "Scheduled for Deletion."
- Your profile may become unavailable to other users (e.g., your profile, photos, prompts, and activity will no longer appear on the map or in discovery).
- You will not be visible for new connections while deletion is pending.
- The deletion request starts a 30-day recovery window from the date of your deletion request.
2. 30-day recovery window (undo deletion)
For the next 30 days, you can recover your account at any time.
If you recover within 30 days:
- Your account status is restored.
- Your profile and content become available again (subject to normal app rules).
- Your account is treated as active, and the deletion request is canceled.
How to recover: Simply log in to your Beon account within the 30-day window and follow the on-screen steps to confirm recovery (if shown).
3. Permanent deletion after 30 days
If you do not recover your account within 30 days:
- Your Beon account is permanently deleted.
- All associated account data is removed, including (where applicable):
- Profile details (name, bio, age, preferences, etc.)
- Photos, prompts, and media uploads
- Messages and chat history stored on Beon
- Event history (hosted/applied/attended) and related activity
- Match/connection history and in-app interactions
- Any verification status linked to your account
Once this deletion is completed, it is final and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account to use Beon again.
4. Important notes
- Deletion is permanent after the 30-day period. Beon cannot restore your account or data once it has been permanently deleted.
- Some limited information may be retained only if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes, and only for as long as necessary.
- If you have any active subscriptions or paid features, please ensure you manage them through your device's subscription settings (Apple/Google) as applicable.

If you're unable to recover your account within the 30-day period or believe your account was deleted by mistake, contact Beon Support as soon as possible through our support channel.
